Rok Elsner (born 25 January 1986 in Ljubljana) is a Slovenian professional footballer who plays as a defender for Polish side Śląsk Wrocław.

He formerly played for OGC Nice, SV Wehen Wiesbaden, Interblock, Al Arabi and FK Haugesund .
He was a part of several Slovenian national youth football teams.
His grandfather is Branko Elsner, former footballer and manager, his father is Marko Elsner, former footballer and 1984 Summer Olympics medal winner with Yugoslavia. His older brother, Luka Elsner currently plays for Austrian side SK Austria Kärnten.
